To celebrate the release of our new features this month, we challenged our members to show off the good energy in their homes. For anyone who shared a picture — either on Instagram or over email — of how they use energy at home, we gave them $50 toward their power bills.

We admit, this was partly because we just wanted to celebrate with our clean energy community. But more importantly, it’s part of changing the narrative around clean energy access. For so many people, clean energy seems like an unattainable thing — something that’s too expensive, or just too hard to connect to — for them. That’s just not true.

We’re on a mission to make clean energy accessible and affordable for everyone, and we want to show people how easy it is to bring good energy to your home.

Well, our members delivered. More than 500 people sent us photos of their home offices, their coffee corners, their gaming setups, their favorite lamps, and more. Peep some of our favorites below,* and be sure to check #OnGoodEnergy on Instagram to see more!

What do the new features do?

Part of making clean energy accessible is making sure it’s easy for people to continue their clean energy impact when they move. That’s where our new features come in. Now, our technology makes it possible to:

  • Automatically transfer your Arcadia account to your new address when you move within the same utility area
  • Manage multiple utility bills from your dashboard, whether you’re adding a vacation home or just have some overlap after you move
  • Quickly and easily add your new address and utility account within your Arcadia dashboard when you move to a new utility area

We think that’s worth celebrating.
